Sections play a crucial role in developing the leadership skills of Arrowmen providing resources and opportunities for leadership sections and power youth leaders to make a difference not only from the OA but within their communities.
Pushing Arrowmen to be the best they can be is something that can be difficult for many leaders. Having a section that can leave a meaningful legacy is something achieved when Arrowmen work together and develop their skills. Part of this is developing youth leadership and believing that leaders can grow to their full potential with the right combination of mentorship, education, and experience. You remember it is leaders that serve Arrowmen. Matthew C Chief of G7 says “As a Section Chief, I aspire for my section to be remembered as a beacon of unity and leadership. We need to leave behind a legacy of lasting friendships and strong bonds between Arrowmen, where every member feels valued and inspired to carry forward the spirit of brotherhood for generations to come.” is how he wants to be remembered.
