Thought without action is just a possibility. For every insurmountable challenge or audacious dream there is a first step: the courageous young person who rises against the odds to take one act, however small, to begin transforming the world.
It’s this urgency to create change and the willingness to take action—continuously and repeatedly in the face of failure—that defines young people who shape a world that reflects their values.
With this in mind, we’re excited to announce the 2022 National Order of the Arrow Conference theme: Tomorrow Begins Today.
At NOAC, we’ll gather as a movement in person once again to build our shared future together. Every attendee has a role to play as we strengthen our lodges, grow our membership, and chart a modern vision for the Order of the Arrow—we all must do our part.
In 2022, NOAC will return to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville! This will be our first conference since 2018 and the largest Scouting event in nearly three years. When more than 6,000 Arrowmen gather at UT, we will commit ourselves to the conference learning objective: Act today to transform tomorrow. This challenge will guide our time at NOAC in training, competitions, fellowship, and other premier programs.

We hope to see you at UT on July 25-30, 2022 for NOAC! Staff and individual registration opens in October, but some lodges have already opened registration for their contingents. More information about the conference can be found here.
