One of the most important items offered by sections across the country is the ACT Conference, which provides lodges with the tools that they need to succeed. To continually improve the quality of this program for sections, the following changes have been made for 2022:
- A new session 4 called Embracing and Facilitating Change has been inserted after session 3 (Catalyzing Your Vision).
- The previous sessions 4-8 have now been renumbered as sessions 5-9.
- While the number of sessions has been increased from 8 to 9, the recommendation is that only 8 of the sessions actually be presented.
- If ACT is being presented in-person, the recommendation is to omit session 4. In this case, the program content is the same as it was in 2021.
- If ACT is being presented online, the recommendation is to omit session 2.
- The participant workbook and management guidebook have both been updated for compatibility with the above changes.
